MOZART presents InfinityEdge – what's behind it

Auf der Messe K (8. bis 15. Oktober in Düsseldorf) präsentieren wir zum ersten Mal und exklusiv am Stand unsere neue Klingen-Beschichtung “InfinityEdge” – Performance³.

Was das bedeutet?

  1. hohe Verschleißfestigkeit, je nach Anwendung  mehr als 200% extra Standzeit*
  2. niedriger Reibungskoeffizient für deutlich weniger Staubbildung im Schneidprozess
  3. sehr geringe Schichtdicke, das heißt hohe Anfangsschärfe für ein perfektes Schneidergebnis

*im Vergleich zu einer TiN-beschichten Klinge aus unserer Produktion, Schneidgut PE Folie

InfinityEdge gibt es für folgende Klingentypen:

  • Dreilochklingen
  • Celloklingen
  • Trapezklingen
  • Stapelfaserklingen
